About CMS

CMS invests in and professionally manages residential and commercial real estate properties for our clients. On the investment side, CMS has developed condo-conversion homes worth $10 million for our investors and provided property management services to over 1000 units.

CMS opened its property management division after searching and hiring several "reputable"  property management companies to manage our portfolio properties. We found that none of them did a satisfactory job. Since that time, CMS has provided outstanding property management for our clients, treating each property just as if we owned them ourselves.
